The seven sections that currently make up the Academia de Artes of Mexico allow to flesh out a transdisciplinary project whose main objectives are to establish a dialogue between practices and knowledge, with the intention of disseminating the vast artistic heritage that each of its members represents through the sections that define it. Architecture, Performing Arts, Sculpture, Graphics, History and art criticism, Music and Painting are the seven areas that make up this space for interaction and transversal dialogue of reflection and artistic creation. Through each of these dimensions it is possible to access multiple aspects of artistic creation, which at the same time establish various connections with the rest of disciplinary imaginaries.
Composed of five academic numbers, corresponding and honorary members, each of the sections constitutes a means of access to the multiple possibilities that each discipline offers, and at the same time permanently establishes a dynamic of communication of a technical and professional nature with the rest. of the sections.
In this space you can access a selection of content related to the life and work of each of the members of the sections, with the intention of configuring a module organized in an interconnected way that houses information on the total number of members that make up the seven sections that give structure to the Academia de Artes.

Since its establishment the Academia de Artes One of Mexico's missions is the creation, conservation and dissemination of the country's artistic and cultural heritage.
